In light of the public health emergency ordered by Resolution 385 of March 12, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, the measures and recommendations issued by the national government, and our absolute commitment to the directives issued by the competent authorities to address the current global public health situation, the AZC GROUP (AZC attorneys, AZC Investment Banking, and AZC capital) has, for the past 2 weeks, taken preventive measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19 among its employees, their families, clients, and the general population, through the implementation of the following measures:
- Most of the AZC GROUP's in-house staff are currently providing services to their clients as usual through technological tools.
- Meetings, assemblies, and other gatherings necessary to address client needs are being conducted via telephone or video call through proprietary and external servers arranged by the AZC GROUP.
- Our staff are restricted from attending places with large gatherings of people for the next two weeks or for the duration determined by the National Government, in order to minimize the risk of contagion.
- Should any member of our work team present symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, or fatigue, or have been in direct contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19, they will contact the preventive citizen assistance and guidance lines for COVID-19 in their respective city.
- The AZC GROUP has deployed an internal contingency plan that protects our collaborators and their families against contingencies such as shortages and prolonged closures, in order to ensure the continuity of our service even in highly complex events such as those occurring in other parts of the world.
OUR COMMITMENT TO SERVICE
- The AZC GROUP's services will continue to be provided normally and remotely through the use of our technological platforms, which are unique in the legal sector.
- There will be no in-person meetings anywhere in the country or in our offices; however, we will virtually attend all those that are required, and we are capable of providing our own technological solution to guarantee our and our clients' attendance.
- AZC attorneys' clients with permanent services contracted under the OLP modality may use our servers and voice and video conferencing platforms for their own and particular use at no cost; these allow them to connect via telephone or teleconference with up to 50 people simultaneously.
- Until March 31, 2020, companies have a deadline to hold their shareholders' meeting; AZC attorneys' clients with permanent services contracted under the OLP modality can schedule their meetings remotely with the accompaniment of one of our professionals to ensure their proper management.
- Due to the nationwide closure of our offices, physical mail will only be received in the city of Cali at an external mailbox arranged for that purpose.
- AZC Investment Banking services that can be provided remotely will be provided under this modality; those that cannot will be individually notified to each of our clients in a timely manner.
- Our nationwide customer service lines and our collaborators' extensions remain the same; when dialing our PBX, your call will be redirected to the mobile phone of each of our collaborators who are working remotely. Our email is info@azc.com.co and our PBX lines are (2) 8912618 in Cali and (4) 605 2024.
We appreciate the trust placed in us; it is our total commitment to be your strategic ally and to ensure the execution of each and every one of the services your company requires with total normality and the quality that has positioned us as leaders in the sector, while also, in a spirit of solidarity,
