🏛️ Mandate of the Mayor's Office of Palmira
Through a merit-based competitive process conducted by the Mayor's Office of Palmira-Valle, the firm AZ Consultores (AZC) was selected as the entity responsible for advising them on collective labor law.
Pursuant to a judgment issued in 2009, the Mayor's Office of Palmira was required to contract an external firm with the expertise to carry out such management, with AZC being the one chosen among other nationally renowned applicants.
In the past, at least two firms have attempted to undertake the management of providing such advisory services without being able to successfully complete it due to the great technical and environmental complexity that its execution entails.
AZC was selected, among other reasons, for having the human team, infrastructure, technical and financial capacity, and other unique and characteristic elements of its service to successfully carry out the assignment.
