Extension of the Deadline for the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST).

The Ministry of Labor, through Decree Number 052 of 2017, ordered the modification of Article 2.2.4.6.37 of Decree 1072 of 2015, extending the deadline to June 1, 2017, for all public and private employers, contractors of personnel under any modality of civil, commercial, or administrative contract, solidarity economy organizations and the cooperative sector, as well as temporary service companies, to carry out the transition for the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST).
