AZC abogados will be one of the featured participants at the ATALAC Congress (Association of Sugar Technologists of Latin America and the Caribbean), whose XI edition will take place this time in Colombia on September 26, 27, and 28, at the Valle del Pacífico Centro de Eventos in the city of Santiago de Cali.
This important event brings together delegations of sugar technologists from sugar mills and research institutions from more than 25 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Attendees will spend five days in Cali, the capital of Valle del Cauca, one of the regions where sugarcane cultivation is concentrated, raw material for 12 sugar mills, some of which have annexed distilleries for the production of fuel alcohol, and industrial plants where electrical energy is also generated.
AZC abogados will participate in this internationally renowned event in order to contribute to the growth of the sector and set as a focus to inform the industry about intangible assets, as well as to provide knowledge to the sector on good practices in intellectual property as a focus for enhancing the sugar industry.
