AZC's intellectual property team successfully represented Sestra Consulting during the trademark registration process, obtaining registration despite fierce opposition from construction company Sestral.
The opponent's main arguments were possible confusion of the mark due to similarity in colors and pronunciation, among others. These arguments were one by one refuted by the AZC team and fully accepted by the SIC.
