🤝 Successful Business Merger
After nearly two years of negotiations advised by AZC's legal team, Industrias Colres S.A.S. completed a merger in a transaction that strengthens the company in light of new market challenges.
The signing of minutes and share assignments took place at AZC's offices in Cali, followed by a brief reception hosted by the firm for the shareholders as a gesture of congratulations.
