Congress approves the tax reform after a long session; the full Senate and House have approved the bill this Tuesday, where the debate on the tax reform began to raise some 15.2 trillion pesos.
The rapporteurs for the second debate of the tax reform were presented in the secretariats of the House of Representatives and the Senate, with some changes. Thus, the new text has 61 articles, of which 6 are new.
The reform in question brings different variants to the Colombian tax regime, for this reason AZC Abogados will undertake the task of providing complete information and training on regulatory variants.
