Today, in the legal services landscape in Colombia, the evolution that law firms have undergone over the years is evident. They are no longer the old concept of the single practitioner; law firms are now, due to the globalization of the economy, true legal advisory firms that keep pace with businesses, becoming the so-called full law services firms, which act as true legal enterprises and have found in alliances, integrations, and mergers a way to satisfy their clients' demands, leveraging technological tools in the provision of their services, promoting innovation and legal marketing.
For this reason, AZC Abogados, as an exponent in the Colombian southwest of full law services firms, aware of the need to impart knowledge to young law students about the reality of practicing the profession as a business in the legal market, has decided, in collaboration with the Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali, to carry out the event called "Law as a Business."
