According to Decree 090 of January 18, 2018, those who continue to have the obligation to register their databases are corporations and non-profit entities with total assets exceeding 100,000 Tax Value Units (UVT), i.e., $3,316 million. All public entities must also do so.
Thus, the deadlines for these entities that must carry out the database registration are as follows:
By September 30, 2018: corporations and non-profit entities with assets exceeding $20,225,160 million.
By November 30, 2018: corporations and non-profit entities with total assets exceeding $3,316 million and up to $20,225 million.
By January 31, 2019: all public entities.
The database registration is carried out through the website of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
